When I almost finish this piece, I heard the “Osaka rainy blue” of Kanjani8. I like Ryo-chan’s films very much so I search some of his band’s songs. The artwork goes well with the song. So if you can turn the song on when view this artwork, I will be very happy. It kinda like making the mood, you. Since the lyric “Osaka rainy blue” doesn’t fit the artwork, I changed it into “On the blue rainy day”. Sounds stupid but fits in, I think.

Idea of red ribbon came from my friend when she used the pink line to highlight some details which looked wrong. Since my main color is blue, I like red color very much. The red ribbon, yes, it may remind some of you about Aerith in Final fantasy VII. But red ribbon in Vietnamese means “destined love”. When God of love and married bonds 2 people by his red ribbon, they felt in love. Even the red ribbon looks very weak and slim, you still can’t escape it. I saw my friends who fell in love and fell out of love. Still, sometime I tired with all of their talks and want to say: “If a love that hurts you so much like that, why do you still cling on it?”. But I guess “you can’t choose where you love”.


Finally, I finished it. I started sketch for it with another request on day 27th. Too tired with my part time job, I started color it with the other artwork at the same time. But the other artwork just… well, I received so many complain from my friend (my personal editor if you may say. ) so I stopped work on that piece and focus on this one. I worked on it from May27th to just few hours ago (5 hours the first day, yesterday was about 12 hours, and today was about 6hours). The artwork is not really good, I know some details will bug your eyes out. But I worked hard on this piece so please enjoy it as much as you can. I don’t lie to you when I said I leave the comic of my part-time job to finish this piece, or I got headache, stomachache, backache when I working with this piece hours after hours. My head hurt like hell when I tried to fix the detail and finding new idea for the artwork. Well, I am simply… tired. I will go to my friend’s birthday party for some fun-hours before tomorrow comes and I must work again (with the part-time job comic, I’m pretty into tragedy one, but my editor wanted me to draw a comedy, so you get the picture, right?). .Well, I just want to rant a little because I’m dead tired. All in all, I really enjoy working on this artwork. I learned so many from doing it. And before working with it become bitterness, I stopped and upload it. ._. Forgive me but if I started hating my own artwork, nothing can be done. And because the result is not too bad, I just stop. I have an idea from the mocking bird of Eminem so I will work with that idea next. Iwill try to get the next request done next week. So before that, requester, please wait patiently. I’m very sorry, but I’m too slow… T^T
